We have a simple policy at Sharpeye Shades, your satisfaction! We want you to love and enjoy your purchases, so we give you 30 days to make up your mind on your purchases. You have 30 days from the date you first received your items to return them to us for a full refund.
When you contact us by email to notify us you want to return your items we will issue you an RMA# and provide you the address to send your returned items to. You will pay the return shipping.
In order to be credited in the manner that you paid, you will need to return items in new condition with all original packaging (except the mailer that we used to package your items). As soon as we process your return (usually 24-48hrs) your payment method (credit card) will be credited. We do not credit the original shipping charges, but in many cases your items are shipped free.
