When you make a purchase on our website we process your order within 24-48 hrs, sometimes we ship items the same day.
We use USPS priority mail for most shipments and also use FedEx. In most cases your order should arrive with in 3 days, If the holidays delay a shipment you could see an additional 24-48hrs in rare cases. Very rarely, a carrier will miss-route a shipment which could add additional time to the expected delivery date.
If you are returning an item under the manufacturer warranty we will cover return shipping. If your return is part of our return/refund policy you are responsible for return shipping.
We will notify you when your order ships with a tracking number for your convenience.
